All products are made by hand, made to order, in the USA. Currently our jeans have a shipping window of mid-June to mid-July.
Orders ship via UPS Ground or DHL Express (international orders). We expect all shipments to arrive 2-6 days after shipping, depending on geographical location. You will receive an email when your order ships out, with tracking info.
We gladly accept returns up to 14 days after you receive your order. If more than 14 days has passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund, exchange, or credit.
You can only initiate a return once your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, please email us at support@lessdenim.com to start the return process. You will need your order number and the email address you used to place your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You can read our full Return and Refund Policy here.
For USA domestic customers, we accept most major credit cards (including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diner's Club) as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Amazon Pay.
We ship to most countries via DHL Express. If you have a question about your specific country, or if you want to know about international customs, duties, etc specific to your country, please email us at support@lessdenim.com
Yes, we charge sales tax within the United States, calculated by the state and county to which your order is shipping.
